Shipping (Delivery) charges : We have categorized shipping into two types of orders, as follows:
- Normal Order :- ₹100 for up to 7 plants, ₹200 for 8+ plants. Free Shipping on orders above ₹999. You can view Normal order plants here.
- Bulk Order :- ₹22 per unit, and Free Shipping is not applicable on bulk orders because Bulk order plants are sold on discounted price and The customer must purchase a minimum of 10 units from each plant. You can view Bulk order plants here.
If you place an order for both types of order (Normal and Bulk), the shipping charges will be calculated for both separately.

Order Processing Time : All orders are dispatch within 2 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) from the date of order received. You will receive notification over email when your order has been shipped.
Shipping (Delivery) Time : The estimated delivery time is typically 4 to 8 working days. Actual delivery times may vary as per your location, wether conditions, public holidays and other factors.
Who is your delivery partner?
We use Delhivery courier as primary delivery partners and non availability of Delhivery courier service we prefer India Post / DTDC and other courier service.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you have not received your order by the estimated date specified by the carrier company, please asap contact us at with your name and order number, and we will look into it and resolve the issue.
